Important Notice - Must Read

  • Candidate must submit his/her original UAE or International ID, It’s mandatory.
  • Pre Booking must be made 24 hours to avoid the failure of subject to availability or accessibility.
  • The Candidate must adhere to obey the rules and regulations as specified on our website.
  • Once the ride-booking is done, you will receive a confirmation email from our representatives with all the main details regarding the ticket, contract, and location.
  • Cancellation due to poor weather conditions or technical difficulties, we will issue a rescheduled date. However, if you don’t agree to a rescheduled date due to run out of time, we will return your money to you.
  • You must check that water bike before riding it off.
  • The candidate must be more than 18 years old to ride.
  • in Mamzar beach, any damage to the water bike caused by you will be claimed and you will have to pay for all the repair costs. Which includes the cost of spare parts. Besides, 1000 AED for each day the gear is under repair.
  • If you lose the water bike’s Key, then you will have to pay 200 AED.
  • You are not allowed to visit restricted areas otherwise we will not be responsible for any accident.
